Thank you for choosing us. This document aims to guarantee the rest, safety, and

well-being of all our guests. By signing it, you agree to comply with the following

rules during your stay.

1. General Schedules

• Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.

• Check-out: until 12:00 p.m. (an additional charge will apply after that time).

• Continental breakfast: from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.

• Quiet hours: from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to preserve the tranquility of the place.

2. Occupancy and Access

• Casa La Yedra is designed for adults and adolescents from 12 years of age.

• The maximum capacity per room must be respected according to the confirmed reservation.

• The entry of external visitors is prohibited, unless previously authorized by the staff.

• Access to common areas (gardens, bonfire, parking) is exclusively for

registered guests.

3. Conduct and Coexistence

• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or in enclosed spaces.

• A moderate volume of voice and music must be maintained, especially at night.

• Parties, noisy meetings, or activities that disturb the tranquility

of the place are not allowed.

• Pets are not accepted (we appreciate your understanding).

• Any behavior that affects other guests or staff may be grounds for

early termination of the stay without refund.

4. Care of Facilities and Furniture

• All furniture, decoration, bedding, and utensils are part of the heritage of

Casa La Yedra; its damage or loss will imply a charge for replacement.

• Furniture must not be moved or the distribution of the room modified.

• In case of staining or damaging white clothes with dyes, makeup, or products, its

replacement will be charged.

• It is not allowed to light candles, incense, or objects with fire inside the rooms.

5. Use of Gardens and Bonfire

• The use of the bonfire requires prior reservation and will be supervised by designated staff.

• It is forbidden to use flammable liquids or throw garbage into the fire.

• Guests must follow the safety instructions; Casa La Yedra is not

responsible for accidents caused by non-compliance with these rules.

• Take care of the plants, paths, and furniture in the gardens.

6. Parking and Security

• The parking lot is closed, but Casa La Yedra is not responsible for objects

left inside the vehicles.

• Close doors and windows when leaving your room.

• In case of loss of keys, a replacement cost will be applied.

7. Payments, Cancellations, and Damages

• All reservations imply acceptance of the published cancellation policies.

• Additional consumptions (snacks, drinks, or extra services) must be paid at the

moment.

• Any damage or loss detected at the end of the stay will be notified and charged before

departure.

8. Gratitude
