2. Occupancy and Access<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Casa La Yedra is designed for adults and adolescents from 12 years of age.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 The maximum capacity per room must be respected according to the confirmed reservation.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 The entry of external visitors is prohibited, unless previously authorized by the staff.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Access to common areas (gardens, bonfire, parking) is exclusively for<\/p>\n\n
registered guests.<\/p>\n\n

3. Conduct and Coexistence<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or in enclosed spaces.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 A moderate volume of voice and music must be maintained, especially at night.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Parties, noisy meetings, or activities that disturb the tranquility<\/p>\n\n
of the place are not allowed.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Pets are not accepted (we appreciate your understanding).<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Any behavior that affects other guests or staff may be grounds for<\/p>\n\n
early termination of the stay without refund.<\/p>\n\n

4. Care of Facilities and Furniture<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 All furniture, decoration, bedding, and utensils are part of the heritage of<\/p>\n\n
Casa La Yedra; its damage or loss will imply a charge for replacement.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Furniture must not be moved or the distribution of the room modified.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 In case of staining or damaging white clothes with dyes, makeup, or products, its<\/p>\n\n
replacement will be charged.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 It is not allowed to light candles, incense, or objects with fire inside the rooms.<\/p>\n\n
<\/p>\n\n
5. Use of Gardens and Bonfire<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 The use of the bonfire requires prior reservation and will be supervised by designated staff.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 It is forbidden to use flammable liquids or throw garbage into the fire.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Guests must follow the safety instructions; Casa La Yedra is not<\/p>\n\n
responsible for accidents caused by non-compliance with these rules.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Take care of the plants, paths, and furniture in the gardens.<\/p>\n\n
<\/p>\n\n
6. Parking and Security<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 The parking lot is closed, but Casa La Yedra is not responsible for objects<\/p>\n\n
left inside the vehicles.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Close doors and windows when leaving your room.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 In case of loss of keys, a replacement cost will be applied.<\/p>\n\n
<\/p>\n\n
7. Payments, Cancellations, and Damages<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 All reservations imply acceptance of the published cancellation policies.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Additional consumptions (snacks, drinks, or extra services) must be paid at the<\/p>\n\n
moment.<\/p>\n\n
\u2022 Any damage or loss detected at the end of the stay will be notified and charged before<\/p>\n\n
